Description

The PXC1180 provides 1 system slot, 1 system timing slot, and 7 mixed peripheral slots, supporting high-bandwidth test and measurement applications. The hybrid slot design allows the installation of Compact PCI, PXI, Compact PCI Express, and PXI Express modules in any of the peripheral slots, offering maximum flexibility.

Built as a four-link PXI Express chassis, the PXC1180 delivers a system bandwidth of 8 GB/s and provides 2 GB/s slot bandwidth for all peripheral slots. The rear panel of the chassis features two BNC connectors for 10 MHz clock input/output, enabling synchronization with auxiliary devices and enhancing scalability.

The PXC1180 is equipped with an intelligent system monitoring controller that tracks the entire chassis status, including fan speed, system voltage, internal temperature, and more. The chassis is powered by an industrial-grade AC power supply, providing 400W of power at temperatures below 55°C, and offers excellent cooling performance via two 120mm cooling fans located at the back of the chassis..
