Canada Super Visa – Long-Term Family Reunification Made Simple

Bring Your Parents or Grandparents to Canada for Up to 5 Years Per Visit

Are you looking to reunite with your parents or grandparents for extended periods? The Canada Super Visa is a long-term, multiple-entry visa designed especially for family reunification. Unlike a standard Visitor Visa, the Super Visa allows eligible parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens or permanent residents to stay in Canada for up to 5 years per entry, with a visa validity of up to 10 years.

At Salgado Immigration Law, our experienced team helps families successfully navigate the Super Visa application process, providing step-by-step legal guidance to ensure approval without delays.

What Is a Super Visa?

The Super Visa is a special visa for parents and grandparents that allows extended visits without the need to frequently renew their status. Ideal for families wanting to spend meaningful time together in Canada, this visa offers:

  • Up to 5 years of stay per visit
  • Multiple entries over a 10-year period
  • No need to reapply for each visit like regular tourist visas
